Huntley Middle School 6th grade Science teacher Kelsey Ewing and 6th grade Science/Social Studies teacher Jacob Ewing were awarded a grant to purchase a Blooket Subscription, and orbiter model and a solar system.
DEF awarded nineteen grants totaling: $14,997.32 to teachers and classrooms in D428 schools on April 2, 2026.
Teachers wrote grants for educational supplies that will enhance learning experiences for our students. Awarding these grants was possible because of the generous support of the DeKalb community. Thanks to everyone who supports DEF throughout the year.
