Molly Lang, second grade teacher at Founders Elementary received a DEF grant to purchase calm down area materials for their classroom.
DEF awarded fifteen grants totaling $18,700.38 to teachers and classrooms in D428 schools on November 2, 2023.
Teachers wrote grants for educational supplies that will enhance learning experiences for our students. Awarding these grants was possible because of the generous support of the DeKalb community. Thanks to everyone who supports DEF throughout the year.
